  • Premium : 1 600€, inclus l’offre standard et ce sont nos chasseurs qui effectuent les visites. (700€ de frais de dossier à régler pour lancer la mission puis 900€ à régler à la signature du bail).
  • VIP : 1 700€, inclus l’offre premium et nos chasseurs effectuent l’état des lieux et la remise des clés. Idéal pour les personnes qui ne vivent pas sur place. (800€ de frais de dossier à régler pour lancer la mission puis 900€ à régler à la signature du bail).

Les tarifs pour une chasse à l’achat est un forfait de 2% net vendeur avec un minimum de de 7900€TTC et 49900€TTC maximum. Le montant est à régler à la fin de la mission en cas de succès, lors de la signature de l’acte authentique.
