The Sept à Huit team contacted us to produce a report on real estate hunters. The program talked about the complexity of the French rental market and the solutions to deal with it.

MeCaza was highlighted for its rental apartment hunting service. 
Amandine, a real estate hunter in Paris, was chosen to represent the company on the show.

The news magazine Le Parisien wrote an article on the Paris Housing Crisis: they hired an apartment hunter in order to find a rental.

Excerpt: Thomas, Jember, Kevin and Angela... All these individuals have one thing in common: they called on an apartment hunter to find their rental. And for some, like Jember, 33, it was almost the last chance: “After a separation, I had to look for a new home. I left over a hundred files, made three visits, but the agents never called me back. After several months of research, I told myself that I was going to end up on the street. I don't have family here. I was in total urgency”, says this commercial of Ethiopian origin.

She then turned to Mecaza, one of the cheapest apartment hunters. “I'm not rich, but I had no choice,” says the young woman, who was looking for a studio for less than 800 euros per month in Paris.

Capital wrote an article on “Location: after receiving a hundred rejections, they call in apartment hunters.”

Finding accommodation in Paris is complicated and some people are turning to real estate hunters to finally find accommodation.

Despite sending a hundred files and several visits, the agents never called her back. So she turned to an apartment hunter (Mecaza). Result: in just over a month, and seven visits, she signed up for a studio in the 13th arrondissement of the capital.
