Arnaud Laudy
Arnaud Laudy is the CEO and founder of MacAza. Passionate about real estate, his first student jobs were in a real estate agency, a universe in which he immediately recognized himself.
An entrepreneur at heart, he grew up in Strasbourg and, at only 19 years old, building on the experience acquired during his internships, he accompanied his family and friends in search of rentals and investments, then he bought his first studio for rent.
It was natural that he created a company dedicated to real estate.
Its ambition: to put its expertise at the service of those who wish to invest peacefully and be supported at each stage.
Company history
Apollo Immobilier was created in 2021. Initially, the company developed a platform designed to digitize the relationship between owners and tenants.
Very quickly, one observation emerged: in an ecosystem that is becoming increasingly digitized, it is the lack of humans that creates the greatest frustrations. In 2022, Mecaza was launched: a real estate hunting network.
In 2023, Arnaud Laudy and his team moved from Strasbourg to Paris, where demand was higher. Mecaza is the pioneer in rental hunting that offers various offers depending on the availability of customers.
In 2025, Mecaza supports all types of profiles with budgets from €100,000 to several million euros. The company also attracts buyers who want to make rental investments.
Mecaza is also opening its business in major cities in Spain, driven by the growing demand for retirees who want to move there and students looking for local accommodation.
Thanks to word-of-mouth, companies are asking Mecaza to support their employees in the context of relocations, but also in the search for offices in Paris and the surrounding suburbs.
Today, Mecaza is continuing its development in transactions throughout France and Spain, with an ambition: to put people back at the heart of each real estate project
