Privacy Policy — Mecaza
1. Preamble
This Privacy Policy describes how Mecaza, a brand of the Apollo Immobilier group, collects, uses, protects and shares the personal data of users in the context of the use of the site. https://mecaza.fr and associated services. By browsing the Site, you are accepting the practices described in this document. Mecaza applies the requirements of the RGPD and the Data Protection Act and follows the recommendations of the CNIL.
2. Identity of the data controller
The data controller is Apollo Immobilier, a simplified joint stock company with a capital of 1,000 euros, registered with the Strasbourg Trade and Companies Register under number 895 105 500 and located Rue de la Baronne d'Oberkirch, 67000 Strasbourg. The director of the publication is Mr. Arnaud Laudy. The internal data protection officer can be contacted at data-protection@mecaza.fr.
3. Data collected
3.1. Data provided directly
We collect the information that you provide to us voluntarily, in particular your name, your first name, your first name, your email address, your telephone number, your real estate search criteria as well as any information sent via our forms or during exchanges with the Mecaza team.
3.2. Data collected automatically
During your browsing, certain technical data is automatically collected such as your IP address, information about your browser and your device, the pages viewed, the duration of the sessions and the interactions carried out on the Site. These elements are collected through cookies or similar technologies placed via our Cookiebot management tool.
3.3. Data related to our services
As part of our support, we also collect information on your real estate preferences, your history of exchanges with our teams as well as the elements necessary to monitor your project.
3.4. Sensitive data
No sensitive data within the meaning of the GDPR, such as ethnicity, political opinions, health, or orientation, is collected by Mecaza.
3.5. Data of minors
Our services are exclusively for adults. We do not intentionally collect data about minors.
4. Purposes of the treatment
4.1. Provision and improvement of services
The data collected makes it possible to provide support in real estate research, to offer opportunities consistent with the criteria expressed and to continuously improve the quality of our services.
4.2. User relationship management
The information collected makes it possible to respond to your requests, to ensure the follow-up of your file and to maintain an effective exchange with you.
4.3. Analysis and improvement of the site
Navigation data is used to measure the audience of the Site, analyze user paths and optimize the browsing experience.
4.4. Compliance with legal obligations
Some data is processed to meet legal and accounting obligations, in particular those related to the Hoguet Law for real estate services.
5. Legal bases for processing
The processing is based either on your consent, in particular for analytical cookies, advertising cookies or marketing communications, or on the execution of a contract or pre-contractual measures as part of our real estate hunting services. Some data may also be processed to meet legal obligations or as part of our legitimate interest, in particular to guarantee the security of the Site or to prevent abuse.
6. Shelf life
Contact data is kept for three years from the last exchange. Contract data is kept for five years after the end of the mandate. Navigation data is kept for thirteen months. Scheduling information via Calendly is retained for twelve months. Customer data is kept for the duration of the project and then for five years for administrative purposes.
7. Data sharing
Access to personal data is strictly limited to the Mecaza team. We do not sell your data under any circumstances. They may only be shared with technical service providers essential to the functioning of the Site, with the Google tools used for analysis and advertising when you have consented, with the Calendly service for making appointments or, exceptionally, with the authorities if required by law.
8. Calendly
When making an appointment, only essential information, such as your name, email and telephone number, is used. This data is hosted in France and then integrated into our internal tools for project monitoring. They are not subject to resale or processed for other purposes.
9. Google tools used
9.1. Google Analytics 4
We use Google Analytics 4 to analyze the use of the Site and to understand the use of its functionalities. This treatment is based exclusively on your consent.
9.2. Google Ads and advertising profiling
We use Google Ads to broadcast advertising campaigns and offer, when consent is given, personalized ads adapted to your browsing. Without consent, no advertising personalization is applied. You can deactivate profiling at any time via Cookiebot or from the dedicated Google page.
9.3. Google Tag Manager
Google Tag Manager manages our marketing and analytics tags, without collecting any personal data of its own.
9.4. Transfers outside the European Union
Some Google tools involve data transfers to the United States. These transfers are based either on the EU—USA Data Privacy Framework, or on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
10. Consent, cookies and preference management
The Site uses Cookiebot by Usercentrics, in accordance with Consent Mode v2. During your first visit, an interface allows you to accept or refuse cookies according to four categories: necessary, analytical, marketing or personalization. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the “Manage cookies” button at the bottom of the page.
11. Data security
MeCaza implements rigorous measures to protect your personal data. Exchanges with the Site are encrypted via HTTPS. Access to information is limited to authorized persons. We apply authentication controls, logs, internal backups, and anomaly detection mechanisms to prevent incidents.

You have a right to access your data, a right to rectify, a right to delete, a right to object, a right to limit processing and a right to portability.
12.2. Exercise modalities
You can exercise these rights by contacting us by email at data-protection@mecaza.fr or by post to Apollo Immobilier, Data Protection Officer, Rue de la Baronne d'Oberkirch, 67000 Strasbourg. An identity check may be requested. We will respond to your request within one month.
12.3. Complaint
In case of difficulty, you can contact the CNIL as the competent supervisory authority.
13. Policy changes
The Privacy Policy may be updated according to legal, technical or organizational changes. The last update was done on December 9, 2025.
