Transaction hunting
Exclusive mandate:
2.5% of the purchase price and starting from €7,900.
Simple mandate:
3.5% of the purchase price and starting from €9,900.
Mandate in the new:
0ffert, remuneration by the promoter
Our fees include:
- Advice on the real estate market and coaching
- Access to the entire real estate market (exclusive and off-market offers)
- Due diligence on the property, verification of all elements
- Real estimate of the property, of the amount of any work
- Visit planning and support
- Negotiating the selling price
- Administrative assistance until signature at the notary
- Access our network of notaries, brokers and architects
Investment hunting
Simple mandate:
4900€ including 600€ administration fees
Our fees include:
- Advice on the real estate market and coaching
- Access to the entire real estate market (exclusive and off-market offers)
- Due diligence on the property, verification of all elements
- Real estimate of the property, of the amount of any work
- Financial projection
- Visit planning and support
- Negotiating the selling price
- Administrative assistance until signature at the notary
- Access our network of notaries, brokers and architects
Rental hunting
Relocation:
€999 including €400 in administrative fees
Premium:
1600€ including 700€ administration fees
VIP:
1800€ including 800€ of administrative fees
Our fees include:
- Advice on the real estate market and coaching

- 2 months of support (depending on offer)
- Scheduling unlimited visits
- Visit to your place and inventory (optional)
- Situation in your place (VIP)
- Administrative help to improve your file
