  • Relocation : 1100€, votre chasseur immobilier cherche votre appartement parmi l'ensemble du marché (dont son réseau et le off market), programme les visites, gère les candidatures et vous conseille jusqu'à la signature du bail.
    Le tarif inclus 390€ de frais de lancement à régler au démarrage puis le solde est dû au succès à la signature du bail.
  • Premium : 1 450€, inclus l’offre Relocation + votre chasseur se déplace en visite (en illimité).  Idéal si vous n'êtes pas sur place, où si vous ne pouvez pas vous libérer à 15h un mardi. Ce sont les agences qui définissent les horaires de visite et nous n'avons pas de pouvoir sur les créneaux proposés.
    Le tarif inclus 390€ de frais de lancement à régler au démarrage puis le solde est dû au succès à la signature du bail.
  • VIP : 1750€, inclus l'offre Premium + votre chasseur effectue l'état des lieux. C'est une offre clé en main si vous n'avez pas envie de gérer votre recherche ou si vous n'êtes pas sur place.
    Le tarif inclus 390€ de frais de lancement à régler au démarrage puis le solde est dû au succès à la signature du bail.

Nos tarifs pour la chasse à l'achat :

  • Mandat simple : 3,5% du prix d'achat +20% du montant négocié. Un minimum de 9 900€.
