Notre service de chasse locative est composé de deux parties :

  • Des frais de dossier, qui permettent de lancer la mission et couvrent le cadrage, le coaching et l’organisation initiale.
  • Des honoraires au succès, réglés uniquement si vous signez un bail pour un logement trouvé grâce à MeCaza.

Nous proposons trois formules pour la location selon votre niveau d’autonomie pour les visites :

  • Standard : 1 300€, un chasseur immobilier qui vous accompagne de A à Z. Dont 500€ de frais de dossier à régler pour lancer la mission puis 700€ à la signature du bail.
  • Premium : 1 600€, inclus l’offre standard et ce sont nos chasseurs qui effectuent les visites. Dont 700€ de frais de dossier à régler pour lancer la mission puis 900€ à la signature du bail.
  • VIP : 1 800€, inclus l’offre premium et nos chasseurs effectuent l’état des lieux et la remise des clés. Idéal pour les personnes qui ne vivent pas sur place. Dont 800€ de frais de dossier à régler pour lancer la mission puis 900€ à la signature du bail.

Nos tarifs pour la chasse à l'achat :

  • Mandat simple : 3,5% du prix d'achat et à partir de 9 900€.
