Your questions

How much does a real estate hunter service cost?

Our rental property search service consists of two parts:

  • the launch fees are payable to initiate the service and cover consultation fees and the cost of connecting you with a property finder.
  • the remaining balance is due upon success when the lease is signed.

We offer three rental packages based on your desired level of autonomy for viewings:

  • Relocation: €1,100, your property finder searches for your apartment across the entire market (including their network and off-market properties), schedules viewings, manages applications, and advises you until the lease is signed.
The price includes a €390 launch fee payable at the start, with the balance due upon successful signing of the lease.
  • Premium: €1,450, includes the Relocation offer + your property finder attends viewings (unlimited). Ideal if you're not on site, or if you can't free yourself up at 3 PM on a Tuesday. Agencies set viewing times, and we have no control over the slots offered.
The price includes a €390 launch fee payable at the start, with the balance due upon successful signing of the lease.
  • VIP: €1,750,includes the Premium offer + your property finder conducts the inventory check. This is a turnkey offer if you don't want to manage your search or if you're not on site.
The price includes a €390 launch fee payable at the start, with the balance due upon successful signing of the lease.

What is the difference between a hunter and a real estate agency?

A real estate agent works for the seller, from whom he received a sales mandate, and is committed to promoting this property in order to market it. Its main objective is to satisfy the seller by getting the best price.

On the other hand, a real estate hunter acts exclusively for the buyer. It operates under a research mandate and searches the entire market — agencies, individuals, networks — to find a property corresponding precisely to the needs of its client. He selects, pre-visits, negotiates and accompanies the buyer until the signature, without conflict of interest.

In summary, this total neutrality allows the hunter to bring:

  • Time saver, thanks to highly targeted and effective research.
  • Extensive expertise, to identify anomalies, verify prices, and secure the transaction.
  • Personalized support, from the specifications to the final deed.

👉 Using a real estate hunter means ensuring a buying or renting process that is more efficient, secure and focused on your interests.
