How much does a real estate hunting service cost in Strasbourg?

We have three offers for the hunting of an apartment or house for rent:

  • Standard: €1,199 including VAT, a real estate hunter who accompanies you from A to Z.application fees, which allow the mission to be launched and cover the framing, coaching and initial organization
  • Premium: €1,590 including VAT, including the standard offer and it is our hunters who make the visitsfees for success, paid only if you sign a lease for a home found through Mecaza

We have three offers for the hunting of an apartment or house for rent:

  • Standard : €1,200, a real estate hunter who accompanies you from A to Z, you carry out the visits yourself. (€500 administrative fees to be paid to launch the mission then €700 to be paid at the signing of the lease).
  • Premium : €1,600, including the standard offer and it is our hunters who carry out the visits. (700€ administrative fees to be paid to launch the mission then 900€ to be paid when signing the lease).
  • VIP : €1,700, including the premium offer and our hunters carry out the inventory and hand over the keys. Ideal for people who do not live on site. (800€ administration fees to be paid to launch the mission then 900€ to be paid when signing the lease).

The prices for a hunt to buy is a 2% net seller package with a minimum of 7900€TTC and 49900€TTC maximum. The amount is to be paid at the end of the mission in case of success, when the authentic act is signed.
