Ideal if you're not on site, or if you can't free yourself up at 3 PM on a Tuesday. Agencies set viewing times, and we have no control over the slots offered.
The price includes a €390 launch fee payable at the start, with the balance due upon successful signing of the lease. - VIP: €1,750,includes the Premium offer + your property finder conducts the inventory check. This is a turnkey offer if you don't want to manage your search or if you're not on site.

Our rates for purchase search:
- Standard mandate: 3.5% of the purchase price + 20% of the negotiated amount. A minimum of €9,900.
- Exclusive mandate: 2.5% of the purchase price + 20% of the negotiated amount. A minimum of €7,900.
- Buying new build: 0%, fees are waived as we are compensated by the developer you choose.
