For 10 years, Olivier has been supporting his clients in real estate with a double hat: transaction and hunting. Her playground? Western Paris and Hauts-de-Seine. Its engine? Listening, responsiveness and customer satisfaction. Interview with a passionate professional who became a full-time hunter a few months ago.

I have been an independent agent in western Paris for 10 years. My prospecting area covers Paris intramural (9th, 8th, 15th, 15th, 16th, 17th) and western 92, from Boulogne-Billancourt to Clichy via Courbevoie, Puteaux, Puteaux, Suresnes or even Asnières.
I transact in old and new, rent and hunt, both in rentals and in acquisitions.
None! That's exactly what makes this job so rich. I also work with students, young workers, couples with or without children, expatriates, managers... Each client arrives with a different life project: length of stay, geographical area, type of property, type of property, budget, budget, constraints or guarantees. That's what makes each mission unique.
Overall, they are mostly apartments, rather than houses, located in inner Paris or in the municipalities bordering 92.
I wouldn't necessarily talk about anything unusual, but rather about a mission under pressure. Sometimes I found apartments at the very last minute, with very short deadlines because of professional imperatives. It is in these cases that responsiveness and the network make all the difference.
It's very variable. Sometimes, everything comes down to the first visit if the specifications are clear and well defined. Other times it takes longer. The key factor remains the quality of the file: both in terms of content (income, guarantees) and in terms of form (presentation of the file).
In a rental market as tight as Paris, you generally have to count about a month of research.
Prepare your financial file. Also, find out about available assistance such as a zero interest loan (PTZ). You have to arrive ready.
The The smile of a customer who signs his lease and settles in. When he thanks me, when I feel his appreciation, that's the best reward.
Because the market is tight. Have a professional who is responsive and dedicated to your project, who knows how to communicate with real estate agents, it is a huge asset.
A hunter guides you, advises you, values your file, reassure if necessary. It takes care of all the steps, while you already have your daily life to manage.
Yes: the network, off-market, social networks. You have to be proactive and know where to look.
A hunter is an investment, not an expense. In exchange for a few hundred euros, you delegate all the tedious procedures: validation of the file, sorting of advertisements, qualification of properties, organization of visits, negotiation, support until the signing of the lease.
Save time = save money. You increase your chances of success, while remaining serene.
Thank you Olivier for this precious testimony.
With his keen eye, his rigor and his sense of service, Olivier perfectly embodies what a real estate hunter can offer his clients: efficiency, serenity... and sometimes, a new home in record time.
Entrust your project to an experienced real estate hunter like Olivier. You will save time, serenity... and above all, a real home.
